What we collect

• When you run a Gap-Scan: the text you paste (your scope or training documents), your RTO name, and your email if you provide one.
• Basic technical data (IP address, browser) for security and abuse prevention.
• If you become a paying customer, billing details are handled by Stripe; we do not store your card.

How we use it

• Solely to produce your Gap-Scan results and, if you ask, to send your report and follow up about CLAUSE.
• To process your scan, the text you submit is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, under their commercial API terms. Anthropic does not use API content to train their models.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not train any public model on it.

Your choices

• You can ask us to delete your data at any time by replying to any email from us or contacting the address below.
• Every marketing email includes a working one-click unsubscribe; we honour opt-outs.
• CLAUSE is a compliance support tool, not legal advice, and does not guarantee a compliance outcome. Your RTO reviews and approves all output.

Security & retention

• We keep your data only as long as needed to provide the service, then remove it.
• We apply reasonable security measures. No system is perfectly secure; do not paste data you are not comfortable processing through a cloud service.
